What Causes Itchy Scalp Around The Hairline?

My scalp is itchy only when I sweat. Starting from my right temple down around back of my head to left temple. Not my whole head just along the hairline. This just started in February of this year. Sometimes it happens when I lay down my head on my pillow at bedtime. I scratch my head then it s ok.

Their are multiple causes of itchy scalp like allergic reactions, fungal infection, parasite like lice etc. You need to visit a dermatologist. Regards
