What Causes Itchy Scaly Skin On Lower Back?

yes, i ve a circle of rashy skin on lower back, originally itchy a bit, not now, been there maybe 2 weeks. Raised parts more red than others within in no particular pattern. Not painful. Healthy female 62 yrs old, no health or allergy issues, only ever in hospital to have 2 healthy kids. New activity 2 weeks ago, began to care for 3 cats of neighbors. (I have my own cat at home, not allergic to any of them. Hard to tell without seeing it I imagine?

A circle of rashy skin on lower back with itching you had probably you have fungal infection. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice miconazole cream for local use, Tab fluconazole 150 weekly till is cured, wear underwear after boilng.
