What Causes Itchy Shoulder, Breast And Arm Along With Back Pain?

Hi My husband is complaining about itchey shoulder breast and arm. He said he had bad back pain a few days before this. He is a tradesman and has hurt his back quite a lot Iam worried as he shows no sign of being bitten or any rash could you help. hes no sleeping keeping him awake a night. Thank you

Hi,

If there is no rash or history of allergy. Please have an X-ray of affected back. May be the itching is due to nerve irritation at vertebral level.
