General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are in menopausal phase and may experience irregular menstruations. Hot flashes, night sweats, sleep problems, mood changes, dry vagina, weight gain and slowed metabolism. Since you have history of hypothyroid and have stopped taking prescription medicine for that you are feeling weak, low energy and fatigued.

Itchy skin commonly results from dry skin. Take care of your hygiene. Keep your skin moisturized, stay well hydrated. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist, You may need HRT, get blood analysis and investigations (T3, T4, TSH) done so that you can be treated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
