What Causes Itchy Skin, White Hair Growth Throughout Body And Scabs?

I am a 26 year old female and starting to get itchy skin. I m starting to get scabs on my face and white thickish hairs are growing all over my body. When I brush my face(pores) white long things starts coming out with a white hair emerging from the tip. My husband is has the white hairs also on his face and body as well. Were losing our minds here. Sometimes I pull long fiber hair looking things from my face and they seem to be alive! Also lots of blue and red fibers are emerging from my body...ive tried numerous treatments trying to treat this. Dermatologist first diagnosed scabies but then we got rid of that and this started happening to us...please help!

Hi,

You are suffering from dermatological condition most probably psoriasis. You need to consult your dermatologist immediately and he will start you on treatment that includes low dose steroids both topical and oral and if required then immuno-suppressive drugs as well.

The other possible is fungal infection of the skin. So get yourself examined as soon as possible. No need to panic this is a fairly controllable disease.
