What Causes Itchy Skin With Bumps On Face?

My skin is itchy to the touch. It is not dry because I use a moisturizer. There is no redness, or bumpiness. I am starting to see some slight bumps on my face, which has always been smooth. I noticed these symptoms about a week ago. My diet consists of mostly fish, brown rice, vegetables and salad. I usually use onions when I cook and was wondering if perhaps it could be the acidity of the onions that s the culprit. Thank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think it can be related to any allergic reaction to any cosmetic products. You can think about any creams used recently and not using it anymore will help you. Also I can advise you to use any antihistamines such benadryl or citerizine for itching.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
