What Causes Itchy, Sore And Swollen Vaginal Opening?
So my vaginal opening is swollen, sore, itchy and discharge of white cream is coming out. It hurts to urinate, although most times when I try I dont really need to, my anus is swollen, making it hard to push feces. whats wrong?? Before this my vagina was very red and sore and itchy and discharge the same came and there was an odor but it went away for two weeks before this came

Your findings may indicate infection.It may be due to fungal cause(candida).
You may need clinical examination and investigations.
You may need routine hemogram,random blood sugar,urine RE/ME.
Gram stain and culture/sensitivity of discharge material can be done.
You may need clotrimazole 100 mg tablet for vaginal use.It can cure fungal infection.One tablet to be inserted deep in the vagina at night for six consecutive nights.
You may also need perineal wash.It can correct pH locally.
