Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi, Thanks for choosing HCM,
Itchy lesions on scalp and legs,
may be due to fungal or Lichen planus.
If it is fungus, common sites are groin and axilla.
Lichen planus( LP) common on scalp, legs, nape of the neck and low back. LP Compare to fungus, these are very itch and looks voilaceous lesions. fungus can be excluded by doing potassium Hydroxide slide test. These are not related to liver problems.
for Erectile dysfunction consult endocrinologist.
1) Use Salicylic acid with clotrimazole shampoo.
2) Tab Levocetrizine daily night.
3) Betamethasone and salicylic acid cream on affected part.
Hope this will be help you.
