What Causes Itchy Sores On The Vagina Along With Vaginal Discharge Post Menstruation?

I noticed in February that I had some itchiness on the outer lip are of my Vagina. I used an old disposable razor to shave and thought maybe that was the cause. Well shortly after the itching occurred I had a bartholanal cyst. I went to the doctor and had it drained. I asked the doctor if it was an STD because I had unprotected sex in October. She said no. Well I have noticed since then, once a month after my period ends I have little sores that almost look like pimples (kinda white in color) form on the inner area of my outer lips . Only about 2 or 3 of them and they stay for about 10 days then go away. They are always fully gone by the time my period starts and always come back after my period ends. They are itchy. I have been cleaning my vagina with coconut oil instead of soap because the soap burns the sores when I wash them. This month I have had dark bloody discharge that I thought was my period but it has not stopped. I have been bleeding and having the discharge for 2 weeks now. That has never happened before. Also I notice that the discharge does not smell good. It s like a fishy smell. Can u help me figure out what it is?
