What Causes Itchy Spot On Vagina?

i have a spot on my vagina near where i wee.. lol, anyway ive had these itches there for a long time now and i dont know what it is, ive have a blood test but i dont know if that tested for stis/stds when i had it done and i just am afraid of what it is.
