What Causes Itchy Swelling In Vagina During Pregnancy?

I am 31 years old 38 weeks pregnant with my third child. The past 4 days I have been very itchy and have the feeling that I m swollen in my vagina. Also it burns and gets very irritated when I use the restroom. At my last appt, my dr said baby is really low and I am dilated to a 2.

You need to see your doctor as soon as possible and be checked for infections in the urine and vagina. Do not delay, some infections can cause premature labor. See your doctor today
