What Causes Itchy Swollen Vagina?

my vagina is all swollan on the inside and all itchy. i am experiancing discharge but i do sometimes so its nothing new, its all swollan but only on one lip, - on the inside, any advice and i have never had sex before and im still in secondary school! i really need advice and im not telling my parents please help what should i do?
