Every once in a while I getting a tingling itchy feeling on the left side of my face and neck. After I rub it, it goes away. No pain whatsoever. I am almost 65, have A-Fib, but I have exercised my entire life. My resting heart rate is usually 60 or less, and my resting blood pressure is typically 120/70 or better,
