Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Cramping in lower abdomen and spotting can occur in IUI if the conception has occurred and subsequently implantation is occurring. I would suggest you to avoid intercourse and heavy work. If your periods are delayed, then do get a urine pregnancy test done and further management should.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
