What Causes Itchy Vaginal Lips Along With Whitish Discharge?

I am 22 year old and got married just six months ago. I am having severe itching in my vulver lips and I am probably worried that I got a thick white layer on my viginal lips. now I am also counter with some burns while passing urine and alot pain inside my vigina. I think it is a fungus has come up in the vulver lips.
please recommend me some drugs and tell me what is it & how does it happen?
