What Causes Itchy White Bumps On The Scrotum?

I have lot of bumps on my scotrun upto 17 bumps some of them are small and some are bigger they are white in color what should i do is there any cure of it I feel very irratation and ictiness over there what should i do?sir i have squeezed some bumps also
