What Causes Itchy White Bumps On Vagina?

I have just finished a course of pretty strong antibiotics for (don t have the name handy) and I have white bumps on the lips of my private parts but I don t think it is a yeast infection? I had also been out to a cottage swimming in a lake and thought maybe it was just a miscto bite as it was one bump and itchy now I ve gotten a better look at it looks sort of like white fungus multiple bumps the ichiness is getting better but the bumps are worrisome?
