What Causes Itchy White Fleshy Spots Around Vagina?

Hello. On my labia minora and outside of vagina area i have these white fleshy colored spots that really can only be seen when the skin is stretched. i feel like sometimes tehy are irritated or itchy especially after or during sex. what could this be?
