What Causes Itchy White Sores In Lower Leg And Red Bumps On Feet?

Ive had a real bad itchy place about ten inches long on my right lower leg.It went away once,by useing A and D itch cream.But it came back again.I have been useing the same thing on it again but it has left a raised dime shape real white sores.When I push on the sores it fills like there is fluid in the spots.I also have in the arch of my feet,tiny little red bumps that itch like crazy.Ive also been useing the cream that I have been,useing on my lower right leg on my feet also.I dont have a clue on what it is.Please help me out and point me in the right direction on what I should use to take care of both problems or get medical attention.I have a little girl that lives with me that I dont want to get it if it is contagious
