Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of discharge and itching after sebaceous cyst operation, my treatment advice is -
1. Yellow discharge is suggestive of infection. So continue having dressing with povidone iodine.
2. Oral antibiotic like levofloxacin and oral NSAID like ibuprofen can be taken for infection and pain.
3. Oral antihistamine like levocetrizine can be taken for itching.

With this treatment the problem will be solved in 5-7 days.

Thanks.
