What Causes Jealousy And Angriness Towards The Partner?

I have stupid irrational jealous thoughts and get angry at my partner who is innocent,I would rather be single than to continue this way.i have to calm myself down and force myself to think rationally it is really hard,I feel angry at him,I want to cry but he is not doing anything wrong or abnormal,it s draining please help me

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. The feelings and emotions are simply due to love and affection. There is nothing to worry about it. The love and affection makes you obsessive to your partner and that obsession makes you jealous and often angry. Just pledge yourself that "your love towards towards your partner is divine and will be divine what may happen". This pledge makes you to look at only love angle, and slowly you forget or ignore other angles.
