What Causes Jelly-like Discharge Every Time I Urinate?

Hello I m due this Tuesday and I ve been having clear jelly like discharge every time I urinate. I am also having diarrhea and constant back ache for the past couple days. My last obgyn appointment was 4 days ago and I was not dilated. What could this be??

may be your membranes are ruptured and amniotic fluid is leaking which is the common occurance when a pregnant near term complains of white jelly like discharge.gravid uterus can irritate intestine and this will result in diarrhea(hope there is no infection)back ache is the common complaint near term due to the weight of gravid uterus or it is indicating that labour is starting.It is better you immediately consult your gyn dr who will physically examine and if required will take you to labour room immediately because premature rupture of membranes is the condition which requires you to be in labour room.
