What Causes Jelly Like Vaginal Discharge And Severe Abdominal And Lower Back Pain?

Hi doctor i am having jelly mucus like discharge together with some little blood but three days ago i had protected sex which was very painful .I am having serious abdominal and lower back pain .i finished my periodes last week on wednesday and i had protected sex on saturday night and again on monday morning this week.this has been my second time to have sex ever since i lost my virginity on 16th february 2015.I am worried could i be pregnant or have i contracted any std?

Hello

Jelly like vaginal discharge may be due to fungal infection(candida)etc.
You may need clinical examination and further tests.
You may need routine hemogram,random blood sugar,urine RE/ME,culture and sensitivity of discharge material etc.
You may need specific drugs for fungus(candida is most common) like clotrimazole.
Clotrimazole tablet(100 mg) of vaginal use can be taken.One tablet is to be inserted deep inside the vagina at night for six consecutive nights.
You may also need perineal wash.It will correct local pH and relieve from symptoms.

You may also need ultrasound of abdomen due to severe pain abdomen.
Definitive treatment depend upon findings.
