What Causes Jelly Vaginal Discharge With Burning Urination Suggest?

Over the last few days i have noticed a brown 'jelly like' vaginal discharge. It is odor less however i am also suffering from burning while urinating and very frequent urination, both worsening at night. I have also fest quote nauseous and like i have a fever, however i have had a head cold for the last week or so. I have been on the pill for about four or so months, however i have recently been on antibiotics. Do you have any idea what could be causing all of this?
