What Causes Jerking And Shaking While Writing?

I am wondering about the cause for my right hand to quiver and/or jerk when I attempt to write. The movement is not visible but I can feel it and my penmanship shows the shakyness and jerking. I do not drink alcohol, coffee etc. Some days I do not have this issue, most days I do.
