What Causes Joint Aches And Numbness After Lupron Shot?

I have been taking lupron shots for four months now...since the last shot all of my joints hurt, my body hurt all the time, especially when I get up from sleep or sitting. Over the last week four of my right fingers get numb at times in addition to both palm of hands are peeling like crazy...can someone tell me whats going on???
