What Causes Joint Pain After Embryo Transfer?

HI, I am 38 years old and 4 days past embryo transfer. I am experiencing flu-like aches in my joints that come on fairly suddenly. I have experienced them for 2 days in a row and it usually happens between 6 and 7 in the evening. Last night I felt awful when I went to bed, but I woke up feeling okay.
