What Causes Joint Pain And Cough Along With Abdominal Rashes?

I was gardening in Greenland, NH, experienced flu like symptoms, went to Urgent Care was given C-Pac. I have never been the same since. I have migrating joint PAIN, a cough, on occasion a rash sometimes on abdomen and sometimes on (R) knee. The pain moves from joint to joint and at times is incapacitating. I winter in Florida and went to my general practitioner. He ordered blood work. SED rate was 59. He thinks that I have rheumatoid arthritis, my wife thinks, Lyme disease. I have a dry cough and sore throat that come and goes! I tested negative for Lyme twice. I am in intractable pain unless I take 3 Advil every 6 hours. I am taking 12 Advil per day. I cannot see a Rheumatologist until 4/7/17 at 4PM. Is there anything I can do other than what I am doing? Sleeping is extremely difficult as I cannot get comfortable!
