What Causes Joint Pain And Elevated Enzyme Count?

my enzyme count has come back at 140 what does this mean please and also i have been suffering from a full covering of under skin rash waist down since october until recently,this has been on occassions painful around the joint areas, could this also have anything to do with the reason my enzyme count is so high. I am 19 years old approx.81 kilos in weight
