What Causes Joint Pain And Stiffness While On Paroxetine?

One week ago I started to take Paroxetine 10mg to help with my hot flashes. I am also taking 75mg of Trazodone, which I cut down to one tablet (50mg) when starting the Paroxetine. I found the first couple of days I was extremely drowsy, so I started taking half of the Paroxetine, which is much better. I am now finding that I am waking with very sore joint pain and stiffness (neck, elbows, fingers, knees, etc.). It takes a while to un-stiffen. Should I continue with the Paroxetine?
