General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The description of episode is typical of epileptic attack. Still if it was first time. It needs to be confirmed by Electroencephelogram (EEG) and if confirmed, specific medications to be started immediately for advised length of time (to avoid further complications). Please consult a neurophycian for personal advise.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
