What Causes Joint Pain And Throat Pain?

Hello, I have had body aches for the last month NO FEVER NO FLU, my joints hurt as if I have had a flu. I am healthy male not had a flu for the last year. My throad has started to hurt for the last week slightly it seem unusual pain though not a flu sore throat. Been monitoring my temperature and there is nothing. My glands seems to hurt but they are not swollen.
