What Causes Joint Pain, Blurry Vision, Numbness And Bumps On The Fingertips?

I ve been having many & varying symptoms with re: to multiple migrating joint pain, painful pins & needles/numbness (in hands only), (which has changed also), weird vision, clumsiness, forgetfulness, weird little tiny bumps on fingertips and now other places on my hands(which I ve had for years and had just nicked off with a cuticle scissors until there became many more)because i thought they were just like plantar warts, fireflies in my vision(like white sparks flying around). I ve asked my pharmacist to check the meds that i take to see if there are any kinds of combinations that might cause peripheral neuropathy and he said no really not. i do not know what is going on with my body but i am almost not function, actually not functional because i need to get a job and with all these weird things going on i am afraid. i do not know who sees this but, i guess i feel desperate as i do need to have a job as soon as i can (after the rotator cuff rehab). This sounds ridiculous even to me, but its my life lately. Im too young for this, i have 2 kids in college and my husband/we need me to have an income.
