What Causes Joint Pain, Fatigue And Back Pain While Having Insomnia?
I am 50 year old male in good general health. High cholesterol, overweight (240, 6 1 ), BPH, insomnia, take daily meds for these. For past 2 months have been fatigued, labored breathing, wrestles sleeping, aches and pains in joints, intermittent pain in right center of back. Any thoughts?

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that your symptoms can be cardiac and you should get it evaluated. Kindly get a ECG, Echocardiography , CBC and KFT done and consult a physician for further treatment.
