What Causes Joint Pain, Stomach Pain And Fatigue When Diagnosed With Hashimoto S Disease?

I have hashimoto s. had blood work done because of joint pain, stomach pain, fatigue.... thyroid levels relative to hypo. Noticed +ANA of 1:160 Homogeneous pattern with some speckling. Dr said thats the hashi s. He was quick to answer, I just want to be sure.

Hello,

ANA is not a specific test, which is positive even in Hashimoto disease. Hence, I think that your symptoms are just related to a thyroid gland dysfunction and the hormonal imbalance.
