What Causes Joint Pain When Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia?

I have a diagnosis of fibromyalgia. Recently began experiencing joint pain for the first time. The pain is mostly in a knuckle, sometimes the shoulder or knee. It usually lasts two days then clears up and returns. Certain foods like wheat seem to exacerbate it.
