What Causes Joint Pain When Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia?
I have a diagnosis of fibromyalgia. Recently began experiencing joint pain for the first time. The pain is mostly in a knuckle, sometimes the shoulder or knee. It usually lasts two days then clears up and returns. Certain foods like wheat seem to exacerbate it.
Your symptoms seem to be fibromyalgia. I suggest using: - Pain relievers such as Ibuprofen to relieve the symptoms - Physical therapy and gentle stretching exercises - Warm compresses and warm shower can also help
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
