dear friend

though it's a rare or rather infrequent side effect of fluoxetine but it can cause joint aches in a few individuals.
my suggestion is my friend if the medication is giving you adequate relief from your depression and anxiety and the joint pain is not too intense don't change the medication, but if the joint pain takes precedence and is interfering with your life, there are other treatment options available for your depression discuss it with your psychiatrist
