What Causes Joint Pain With Ankle Swelling And Lack Of Appetite?

Been to hospital with lots of blood work - no diagnosis no Lyme gout viral bacteria - joint pain no appetite 22 lbs lost in 2 weeks - sharp pain in left side , ankles were swelled high fever would come and go in hours - took antibiotic and steroids - symptoms slowed - meds gone and symptoms return. Help
