What Causes Joint Pains And Bruises On Arm?

I have some red brusies that have just appeared on my right arm and a red mark on the back of my left hand. I've been having joing pains, back hurts in the lower part and neck hurts as well. Also have been having pains in my chest area over my left breast have had ekgs, echo stress tests and any other test you can name to do with the heart but nothing. I'm tired of hurting and no one can tell me what's wrong.
