What Causes Joints Pain And Stiffness When Diagnosed With Polymyalgia Rheumatica?
I have had Polymyalgia Rheumatica for 1 year and 6 months and every day I get up after doing everything I can do to move and help my pain and once in a while I will have a GREAT day and I actually think I m over it but the next day I have to start all over again with the pain and stiffness. Is there any way to get over this illness?
Polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) is a disorder that causes stiffness and aching that begins in the neck, shoulder and hip areas.
It is not known whether it is a disease of the joints muscles or arteries. However, it is thought that inflammation in these areas leads to pain and stiffness.
Regular exercise and yoga may useful. Avoid proceed sugar and drinking plastic bottles avoided.
Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits. Avoid gluten and lactose contain food. Please consult your rheumatologist he will treat you with steroids, antidepressants and painkillers.
