General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted the history about a 40 year old male having joint swelling, rashes on chest, breathlessness, negative for Lyme's disease, lab tests normal except for Segs.
It is difficult to correlate all your symptoms to a particular disease or disorder with the history that you have provided.
So let us discuss one by one.
The joints swelling can be due to a condition called rheumatoid arthritis, the commonest cause.
I would advise blood tests related to this like ESR, CBC, RA tests and so on under the guidance of an Orthopedic Surgeon.
The treatment will be obviously as per the findings.
You Doctor can clinically evaluate the cause of breathlessness as this can be due to many factors and need proper clinical examination and investigations to have proper diagnosis and management. Same applies for the skin rash, if required take a second opinion of a Dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT and General Surgeon
