What Causes Kidney Infection In Spite Of Taking Bactrim And Levaquin?

I had a bad kidney infection a couple of weeks ago. I took bacterium for a few days & then was switched to Levaquin. The infection supposedly was gone but after a couple of days the burning and frequent urination is back. Could this be a side effect of the bactrim I took?

I really appreciate your concern, if this are the urine related symptoms like burring and increased frequency of urine then it is the indication of urinary tract infection and now it is the time to get done the urine culture sensitivity test, this is the only way to eradicate the infection hope this information helps.
