General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Let me tell you that the symptoms described by you suggest that you have Renal stone. You need to do a Digital x-ray KUB and USG lower abdomen. In this situation, I suggest you non-steroids anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen 400 two times a day for pain management. Take plenty of water and avoid high-fat diet. Lifestyle modification and regular exercise also helps.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Arup Majumdar, General & Family Physician
