What Causes Klebsiella Pneumoniae Urinary Tract Infection?

I was diagnosed with Klebsiella Pnemoniae, found in a urine culture. I think I ve had this for about a month, but kept treating it as a plain old urinary track infection-with home remedies and peridium. My Dr gave me a shot of rocephen 4 days ago, and started me on 500 mg cipro 2x per day x5 days. Started the cipro today after the ua culture revealed the Nasty Bug. My question is; Can this treatment plan do the trick? And, is there anything else I can do to get this cured, and under control? Honestly, I am quite scared!!! This is a super bug!!!
