What Causes Knee And Calf Pain?

i have been having really bad pains in the back off my knee and in my calf, The pain is stopping me from sleeping and causing frustration threw the night.

what could this be? People have said it could be a bakers cyst but how could that be?

The pain makes me feel like i need to stretch me leg all the time but when i do the pain still continues.
