What Causes Knee Imbalance?

Doctor, Im facing swelling on my ankle, fever , leg pain , fever, loss of weight and im on treatment of Tuberculosis.. Now I am using medicines like Defza 6, rabiplus, xoften, ..I am a 24 year old girl and nearly married... Now I am feel some imbalance on knee... sweeling is still on my leg and pain.. I really frustarted...
