What Causes Knee Pain And Difficulty To Straighten The Leg?

Hi, I knelt down yesterday and ever since have been unable to straighten my leg, the pain seems to be on the inside of the knee and is extremely painful, the hospital told me just to rest but i feel it needs to click back into place, should i go back to the hospital ??
