What Causes Knee Pain And Lower Back Pain?

My left knee have been hurting foe the pass two days and the side where I have what looks like a vein thats bursted. My lower back have been hurting but I think thats gas because I been burpinf and passing gas should I be concerned? Should I go to the dr?
