What Causes Knee Pain And Swelling?

I , Nirmal Sarkar from Baharampur(W.B) having age65+,wt.72kgs &5'6" height feels slight pain in left knee which has swelling for last three weeks.I walk &use bicycle but feel uneasy.Unable to si onnormal sanitory latrine.I have started walk on 2 days ago.
