What Causes Knee Pain That Spreads To Wrist?

my 14 year old daughter has had continuous pain starting in one knee and spread to her wrists and other knee for over a year. just a small bump to the area is extremely painful for her. she has been tested for ra and came back negative. she is also worse in the morning. what else could this be and what other test should she take?
